The Hivos "FREE TO BE ME" Award has been awarded for the second year. It highlights a film that strongly contributes to the acceptance of LGBT people in a country where this is not self-evident.

Second of all, the Iris Prize. We are proud to be one of the 25 nominating festivals for this prestigious award, and can send in a Dutch LGBTQ short film to Cardiff (Wales) where the overall winner can take home £ 30.000 to make a new film.
