We have curated a special Pride program, and additionally we are presenting a selection of inspiring and touching films that you simply cannot miss. Come celebrate summer with us!

12 juli - Queer Amsterdam Film Programma: ASOG
Enjoy ASOG, winner of the HIVOS Free to Be Me Award (Roze Filmdagen 2024). This special film will be shown at LAB111 as part of the Queer Amsterdam Film Program. For more details and tickets, see LAB111.
14 juli - Queer Amsterdam Film Programma: Desire Lines
Roze Filmdagen x TranScreen: Discover the beautiful film Desire Lines, another highlight in our Queer Amsterdam Film Program. The screening will take place at LAB111.
4 augustus – Lie With Me
End Pride with the winner of the Audience Award for Best Film (Roze Filmdagen 2024), Lie With Me. This touching film promises to be an unforgettable experience. It will screen at Bioscoop Het Ketelhuis.

NATA PER TE
A touching true story. It’s 2017, and the Naples court is searching for a family for baby girl Alba, who was abandoned at the hospital at birth. Luca is a single man with a strong desire for fatherhood and fights to gain custody of Alba. Nata Per Te will be showing at Het Ketelhuis starting June 20.
LEVANTE
Promising volleyball player Sofia is seventeen and on the brink of a match that could change her future forever. However, an unwanted pregnancy throws a wrench in her plans. She wants to have an abortion but comes into the sights of a fundamentalist group determined to prevent it at all costs. Neither Sofia nor her loved ones intend to back down. Levante will be in theaters starting June 20.
FUCKING ÅMÅL (PRIDE RE-RELEASE)
In the dull provincial town of Åmål, Sweden, there isn’t much to do. The gloomy teenager Agnes has recently moved there and doesn’t fit in. She is secretly in love with Elin, the most popular girl at school, but has nowhere to turn with her feelings. Agnes’ world collapses when Elin humiliates her at her 16th birthday party. However, Elin, fascinated by Agnes’ courage, later regrets it. Slowly, the two grow closer together. Fucking Åmål will be showing at Het Ketelhuis from July 11.

Drag queen Jules performs in London. A brutal attack leaves him traumatized, and he withdraws into himself. Several months later, he recognizes one of his attackers in a gay sauna. Incognito, Jules begins a relationship with this Preston. Femme will be showing at Het Ketelhuis from July 11.
LOVE & REVOLUTION
In 1977 Andalusia, Miguel’s ambitions to become a professional singer vanish when he is arrested while attending an LGBTQ+ meeting. This injustice forces Reme, Miguel’s mother, to finally confront her own traditional views. Together, mother and son join a colorful group of gay, lesbian, and trans activists in the fight to decriminalize homosexuality, in this moving tribute to the activists who paved the way for the Spanish LGBTQ+ rights movement. Love & Revolution will be in theaters starting August 1st.
