Film and Pride Zuidoost: Looking back on an evening full of pride and community!

On Thursday, July 17, Roze Filmdagen and The House of Bodega organized 'Film and Pride Zuidoost.' An evening full of pride, expression, and connection at Bijlmer Parktheater!

During the event, guests watched a program of short films, a documentary, and a feature film – all by and about queer POC – celebrating the richness and strength of the LGBTQ+ community of color. 🏳️‍🌈

The House of Bodega, the heart of the Amsterdam ballroom scene, delivered an electrifying vogue performance. Filmmakers Rafik Opti and Papa Oyeyemi joined the conversation to discuss their short films that were shown. Between moments, guests enjoyed delicious snacks from Different Taste catering!
