Intern Production and Communications wanted!

Are you available at least four days a week from February through the end of March 2026, enthusiastic, creative, and crazy about film? Then we have the perfect internship for you!

As a production & communications intern at Roze Filmdagen, the largest LGBTQ+ film festival in the Netherlands, you’ll be involved in organizing the festival from A to Z. In addition to marketing and communications, you’ll assist during premieres, introductions, and Q&As, and be part of the team that gives our visitors an unforgettable experience!

Creating content? Yes please! 🙏
You’ll support marketing & communications, contribute ideas for campaigns, keep the website up to date, and create (and distribute!) content for social media.
Do you enjoy appearing in content yourself? Then you’ve definitely got an advantage!

This is you

  • MBO-4 / HBO / university student—or a recent graduate

  • Strong communication skills (Dutch & English)

  • Creative, motivated, and not afraid to take initiative

  • Detail-oriented, organized & hands-on

  • Experience or strong interest in content creation
