Watchlist: The Gender Blender
Gender is not a box to fit into; it’s a spectrum, a journey, a revolution. Whether trans, non-binary, gender-nonconforming, or somewhere in between, embracing fluidity means embracing possibility. It’s about breaking free from expectations, rewriting the rules, and discovering who you truly are on your terms. The 'Gender Blender' watchlist dives into stories that challenge norms, celebrate identity, and explore the ever-evolving landscape of gender expression.
A trans man returns to his hometown for the first time in years. On his journey, he confronts his relationship with his family, reunites with a first love, and discovers a newfound confidence in himself. Paige also co-wrote the script.

Born in the 1950s, Genesis P-Orridge grew up breaking the rules. It did not take long for Genesis to change their name and push for more subversive art. By the 1970s, they became iconic in the British avant-garde and punk scene. Placing sexuality, gender, and identity directly into their art, Genesis became a national figure, hated by conservatives, but never wavering from their conviction: that Control, all the imposed restraints and conditioning of society, must be short-circuited. And it's the job of the artist to touch the bare wires together.
The film gives an opportunity to learn about the legendary life of a queer icon.
